Welcome to the page for our Sunday service for this week. Lots is happening today. For our Bible focus, we are continuing to look at the way Stephen pointed people to Jesus and, ultimately, what it cost him to share so boldly and powerfully.
We will once again meet on The Emmanuel Group of Churches Facebook Page, with the stream beginning shortly before 10.30AM. As usual, we will aim to get the video of the service available on this page and on YouTube as quickly after the service as we can… Here it is!
We will also have the sermon available on our Podcast and on our Twilio phone service shortly after the end of the service. To use this service, ideally for those who do not have access to the internet, phone 01604 343133. Obviously if you’re reading this (on the internet) the idea would be that you pass the phone number on to any people you may know who are not online 🙂
Today is also James’s last day with us as first Intern and then Apprentice. We’ll be hearing from him this morning with reflections on his time with Emmanuel, and we’ll be very sad to see him move on, no doubt.
Paul Foster will also be sharing this morning about the work that he has been involved in recently and what’s to come next.
